Uploading a photo with your review — an additional 50 Gems (100 Gems total). Social and review Gems are claimed through the Gem Bag drawer on our site.

Never. Unlike most rewards programs, your Gems do not expire — ever. You earned them, you keep them. Shop on your timeline, not ours.

Open the Gem Bag drawer on our site and select the voucher tier you'd like to redeem. Available tiers are: 50 Gems — $5.00 off (minimum $50.00 purchase). 100 Gems — $10.00 off (minimum $75.00 purchase). 150 Gems — $15.00 off (minimum $110.00 purchase). 200 Gems — $20.00 off (minimum $140.00 purchase). Your generated discount code is single-use and tied to your account email.

You can start earning as a guest using your email address — the system tracks your points automatically. The moment you log into or create a full account, your guest history merges securely and all your Gems and vouchers transfer over instantly.

Click the Gem Bag icon on our storefront to open the slide-out rewards drawer. From there you can check your balance, complete social actions to earn bonus Gems, and redeem vouchers. You can log in passwordlessly using a 6-digit code sent to your email, which expires after 10 minutes for security.

Yes. Leaving a verified text review earns 50 Gems. If you include a photo with your review, you earn an additional 50 Gems for a total of 100 Gems. Review Gems are only awarded to customers with a confirmed purchase of that specific product.

Yes — you can earn Gems by referring friends to the boutique. Referral rewards are capped at a maximum value of $20.00 to keep things fair and sustainable for our small studio.

Gem voucher codes are single-use and restricted to your account email. They cannot be arbitrarily stacked with other discount codes at checkout.
