We hope you are happy with everything you purchased but if for some reason something doesn't work out you can request a return.

Return Requirements

• If you have received a defective or damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it arrived
• Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact
• Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
• Final sale items such as underwear are not eligible for returns

Exchanges

• We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

Refunds

• Currently return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We have low profit margins on all our products to pass the savings along to our customers. We do hope to provide free returns in the future.
• The shipping cost can vary depending on the weight of the returning package. 
• To start a return please contact us with your order number and an explanation of your return.
• Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method.
• Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank.
