Welcome to Silk & Lace. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These rules are here to make sure everyone has a great experience.

  • A note on color: We try to display the colors of our clothes as accurately as possible, but because computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of the collection) without notice.

  • The Silk & Lace Philosophy: As mentioned in our "About Us," our name is a design philosophy. Our products are casual contemporary wear and may not contain literal silk or lace fabrics unless specifically stated in the product description.

4. Billing and Account Info

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This might happen if we suspect an order is fraudulent or if we simply don't have the stock to fulfill it. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—the photos, the descriptions, the "Silk & Lace" original designs, and the logo—belongs to Silk & Lace Studio. You’re welcome to share our links and talk about us on social media (we love that!), but please don't use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. User Comments and Feedback

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or photos (which we love!), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments. We aren't obligated to pay compensation for these comments or respond to them, though we usually try to!

7. Limitation of Liability

Silk & Lace Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Basically, we’re a small studio doing our best, but we aren’t responsible for tech glitches or third-party shipping delays.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, USA.
