At Silk & Lace, we want the process of getting your new favorite pieces to be as smooth as the clothes themselves. We believe in honest business, which is why we’ve kept our shipping policy simple, transparent, and efficient.

Shipping Areas & Costs

United States: Shipping is 100% free on every single order within the U.S., no matter how much you spend.

• European Union & International: We now proudly ship to the European Union! Shipping rates for EU zones are calculated transparently at checkout based on your destination.

Processing & Shipping Times

In-Stock Staples: Items currently at our US studio typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US, and typically 7–14 business days for orders heading to the European Union.

• The "Popular Pick" Restocks: For loved items mid-restock, please allow 5–10 business days for them to arrive at our studio, plus standard shipping windows to your destination (3–5 business days for US; 7–14 business days for EU).

• Original Silk & Lace Designs (Pre-Orders): These pieces are made-to-order in intentional, small batches.

• The Funding Phase: If you are backing a design in its "loading" phase, it can take 2–3 months total to bring the piece to life and ship it.

• The Production Phase: If the design is currently at the factory being sewn, it typically takes about 30 days to ship out to you.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For EU Orders)

Import Responsibilities: Please note that packages shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs processing fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its international journey.

What happens if I order both?

Combined Shipping: If your order includes both an in-stock item and an original design pre-order, we typically wait and ship everything together once the full order is ready to stay sustainable. If you need your in-stock items sooner, just reach out to us.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Carrier Transit: Once a box leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you don't see it, please email us at info@silkandlaceboutique.com and we’ll help you track it down.
