Why Email?

As a small, founder-led studio, I spend most of my day in the design process or coordinating with my production partners. By focusing on email communication, I can ensure that every question is answered personally and accurately. You aren't reaching a robot or a third-party service, you’re reaching the person who designed and curated the pieces in your cart.

Response Time

I do my best to respond to all emails within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. If you’re reaching out about a pre-order, please include your order number in the subject line so I can get you an update as quickly as possible.

Studio Location

Silk & Lace Studio operates as an independent online boutique. While we don't have a public storefront for visits yet, all of our original designs are dreamed up and managed from our home base here in North Carolina.
