- No Restocking Fees: We believe in upfront transparency, which means you will never be charged a restocking fee for any eligible return.
- No Final Sale Exclusions: Unless explicitly marked otherwise at the absolute time of a unique vault event, we do not restrict standard boutique items as “final sale.” We want you to feel confident trying our pieces!
- Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags On: Please keep those tags attached! Items returned without the original tags cannot be accepted.

- A Note on “Original Designs”: Because our original Silk & Lace designs are made in small, intentional batches, we can only offer exchanges while supplies last. If your size is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find a solution or issue a refund.
Refunds & Support:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll drop you an email to let you know it arrived. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method automatically.
- “The Lab” Campaign Protection: Because our custom design funding campaigns are launched in limited, intentional production runs, a full refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method for any “Lab” backing that does not meet its final campaign backer goal. Your support is completely risk-free!
